Our Story
Ana was born in San Salvador during the height of the civil war. She moved to California at age 18 where she met Naresh. Naresh was born in Fiji, to Indian-Fijian farmers who passed down generations of ancient agriculture and ayurvedic knowledge. Naresh and Ana have been married for 25 years and have 2 beautiful children, Shanti and Ramsee. Shanti means ‘peace’ in Hindi, Naresh’s first language. Ramsee means ‘warrior of the sun’. They’ve found something special in the connection of their rich, yet different cultures. Quinta Pompella symbolizes that union. The ancient spiritual practices of Fiji/India meets the natural beauty and cultural liveliness of El Salvador. A place to center your peace, slow down and enjoy the sunset over the mountains, or eat a good pupusa and drink a yummy authentic chai.
